Why so few arenas in faction and nightfall? - Guild Wars Forums

I barely find anyone in the 2 last campaigns.. did they move all the focus to the battle isles or somthing ?

Yes, because the Battle Isles are core content, so there's no point in having loads of arenas like Tyria used to (when it was the only campaign).
